requirements-dev.txt specifies ophyd branch ophyd-for-suitcase-utils:

# TEMPORARY UNTIL https://github.com/NSLS-II/ophyd/pull/682 IS RELEASED
git+git://github.com/NSLS-II/ophyd@ophyd-for-suitcase-utils

I think this can be changed to just ophyd.
