Shown content from blocking user in Following feed

While browsing BlueSky on my Following feed, I was shown a piece of content by did:plc:mhq2wt6rzu2gbd7k5hy7nqhc (a.k.a. @dethveggie.bsky.social), which was odd because I knew he had blocked me (clearsky sez: 3/14/2024). I double-checked and the block is still active, so I should not have been shown that content

the post shown was:

If I open a new window with that URL, I get the expected "post hidden" message. On the same browser window as the feed, the post loads

I'm using Chrome on Windows
