Style the Astro template using the new SVG logo and guild color pallete

We need to make a color palette for the Guild. The current site is too dark, so we need to tweak the site style or the color palette itself to make hte site more inviting. We want to revamp the look of the site so that it is more inviting and shows that we are serious about build community in Lexington.

The colors and logo should be used in such a way that it is easy to tweak color values and svg files later on, in the case that we update our logo. Fonts should be extensible as well.
