Add BSC support to BitPay

Describe the solution you'd like
This surely is a weird timing for this idea, but wanted to gauge interest in support for BSC. I have a coin based on BSC and would like to see it in the wallet. Assuming Binance survives, would people like to see BSC-based coins in Bitpay? I'm happy to work on this.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The only alternative would be to use a different wallet.

Additional context
There are other wallets with support for BSC, one example is Trust wallet.
