Support index ranges

This mailing list post describes a standard for expressing index ranges in BIP32 paths: https://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/bitcoin-dev/2022-July/020791.html .  There are a few projects (Trezor, Sparrow Wallet) that already use this scheme.
