Link on wiki points to empty install_java.sh file

Description

In the Build_from_source section, both the Linux and Windows links point to 404 no file.

Steps to reproduce

1)go wiki page Downloading_and_installing#Build_from_source
2)click both link For Linux and macOS and For Windows

Expected behaviour

The links should go to a valid file or should be removed from the wiki page.

Actual behaviour

Link points to 404.
