This was fun, I am looking forward to some more lessons, perhaps involving other biojs.io modules!

Glad you liked it! We will try to add more. In the meantime, @thejmazz made a great exercise that uses Bionode, BioJS and other bioinformatics tools to create a server to visualise multiple sequences alignments.

@100ideas ping me if you have any issues trying it out. there was some super annoying browserify issues but I tried to walk through the resolution process. and you'll need R installed

and also, I think that the server will crash if you throw it a protein ID that does not exist, lol!

How about an exercise to parse Sanger sequencing ab1 files and call the bases?
