BEAST 2 on bioconda lags behind that on the BEAST 2 repo

BEAST 2 on bioconda lags behind that on the BEAST 2 repo (by quite a bit):

• https://anaconda.org/bioconda/beast2
• https://github.com/CompEvol/beast2/releases/tag/v2.7.8

I have opened up the same issue on the BEAST 2 repo. Unsure of who I should be raising this with as an issue (BEAST 2 or Bioconda team)?

It's been 2 years since anyone has gotten it to build. It'd be nice if they provided some insight on that.
