Cannot receive notifications while on lockscreen.

🐞 Describe the bug
I cannot receive notifications from ntfy.
The ntfy topic gets correctly updated and i can receive notification correctly on a dekstop client.
As soon i unlock my phone i get all notifications at once.
Notifications and battery permissions are correctly set for ntfy and all apps that rely on it.
Also, i cannot get any text notifications by manually sending them in the topic (via browser or curl).
Only notifications by other apps relying on ntfy (Schildichat and FindMyDevices)
show notifications as soon as the phone is unlocked.
Already edit android settings to show notifications on lockscreen.

Looks like latest system updates solved the problem.
