Defect:
Auto captioning attributes speech to the wrong person. When anyone speaks, Closed Captions only attributes their speech to the first person who enabled captioning during audio setup.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Begin a new session with multiple attendees
  2. When joining Audio ensure "Automatic transcription" is enabled
  3. Select "Write Closed Captions" from "Users" options
  4. Have multiple attendees speak in turn
  5. Observe how speech is attributed to wrong person

Expected behavior:
Speech from one attendee is attributed to that attendee

Actual behavior:
Speech from other attendees is attributed to the wrong attendee
