Add an arrow to navigate books and chapters in the edition windows

Right now, if you want to change books or chapters during edition, you have to click on the book or chapter, which takes a long time. An arrow would be great.

If this is an issue on a Windows / macOS / Linux, then the good thing is that there's a keyboard shortcut for that.

Say one works in Genesis 10 verse 2.

Then pressing Ctrl-G, and then typing "20 3", then pressing Enter, it immediately jumps to Genesis 20 verse 3.

It's a workaround, sure, but an arrow would be nice. And why not a list like in xiphos.
