Is bevy suitable for displaying in engineering software like GIS and CAD?

I want to develop a GIS rendering engine based on Bevy and Vello for desktop GIS software. I'm not sure if it's appropriate. Currently, I have only just begun to understand Bevy, and I feel it can be used to control the rendering process of multi-layer maps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Bevy should be suitable for that, especially when paired with Vello or something else for UI. There's quite a few companies happily using Bevy for CAD now, and some of those products are quite mature!

Sorry, I am just starting to learn Bevy, so I don't have many ideas yet. I wanted to develop a pure Rust GIS rendering library using Bevy, Vello, and wgpu, but currently, both Bevy and Vello are still in heavy development. From my previous research, it seems that Tauri and Mapbox can be used to display tilemap, and Tauri's custom protocol can be used to read tiles or images for webview. Therefore, it seems feasible to use server-side rendering techniques, displaying the tiles rendered by Mapbox as texture images. However, these are just my guesses, and it's uncertain whether they are feasible.
