I just learned about this work on Freakonomics Radio series on academic fraud.

The web site, http://datacolada.org/feedback_policy, is about discussing poorly crafted or outright fradulent research studies and the data they use. This is NOT really about software but it is about science, scientific rigor and integrity. Another related site is Retraction Watch
