Partially addresses berkeley-dsep-infra/datahub#6617.
@cboettig nature-staging.datahub.berkeley.edu should have all of these installed now. Just let us know if anything looks amiss. |

This is following on from the setup we developed with the datahub team in #5827. I am happy to open new issues for the different elements of this request, though last semester the team preferred things consolidated into that issue.
