Undefined array key "user_auth_key"

I face this issue when send push notifiation based on this,

Make sure you have user_auth_key defined in services.php

But what is ONESIGNAL_USER_AUTH_KEY? The tutorial does mention it.

No idea. I didn't even set it. Just having it as null seemed to be enough.

For some reason I also had to include the URL one... so this worked:
