Setup Packagist for automatic updates

You released a new version that supports Laravel 10 but without updating the Packagist entry the only way to use it is set in composer.json the version to dev-master.

Please setup Packagist for automatic updates.

There looks like there is a typo in the tag. The tag created for Laravel 10 is v.1.10 and the previous tag is v1.0.10. All of the previous tags started with v1 and not v.
