Can't delete message when you are a speaker

Describe the bug
When you are a speaker, you can't delete the message you wrote in the chat section.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'a room'
2. Click on 'request to speak'
3. Type a message in chat and try deleting it while being a speaker
4. See error "Message won't disappear"

Expected behavior
Message should be able to delete regardless of if you are a speaker or not

you can delete if you're a speaker and a mod tho
