Hello,
after the update to Typo3 12.4.19 and the extension update to version 5.0.7 the user without administration rights gets the following error if he wants to link a file in the rte_ckeditor. (Link symbol > file / folder)
#1375955684 TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Exception\InsufficientFolderAccessPermissionsException
You are not allowed to access the given folder: “”
The user can access the file directory (Filelist) or a content element (Text/Media) and upload, delete, etc. files and folders.
With administrator rights, access via the rte_ckeditor also works without problems.
I have already deleted directories like typo3temp and all chaches several times!
Many thanks and best regards
Christian

@csguevara I haven't been able to reproduce this. Does it work without fal_securedownload? Does the user have access to the root folder? Have you tried resetting the backend user preferences (in the Maintenance admin module or by setting the uc field empty in the database)?
