Update docker image

I'm using the docker image of arena, and I noticed that this image is quite outdated, the last released was 6 month ago
https://hub.docker.com/r/mixmaxhq/arena/

This image is still using version v3.6.1, when the last version is v3.23.0

Is there any plan to update this docker image? or better any plan to automatize it for every release?

The solution that I worked out with Niek's help requires the maintainers to create tokens and merge a pull request.
