rlIsRHELLike does not work on RHEL 6. It breaks things like:
rlIsRHELLike '<=7' && PKG_MGR=yum || PKG_MGR=dnf

Probably comes from a wrong supposition that /etc/os-release exists on every RHEL. See #153, another manifestation of the same root cause.
