Loading ChEMBL data

This is a very basic question, but how do I use the ChEMBL API to load content into GraphKB? Thanks in advance.

Apologies for the delay, I missed this notification.

We generally used ChEMBL as a dependency of other loaders so we load as needed. This means we haven't been loading the entirety of ChEMBL generally. That said it should be fairly straightforward to write something like that since it would just get all the IDs and loop over them to load.

Did you want to load all ChEMBL records or are you linking them to something else you are loading? Here are some examples of uses of the ChEMBL loader in other loading scripts

• in the DrugBank loader:

  pori_graphkb_loader/src/drugbank/index.js

  const chemblDrug = await _chembl.fetchAndLoadById(conn, identifier);

• in the DGIdb loader:

  pori_graphkb_loader/src/dgidb/index.js
