DS416j will not boot

Hi,
I have installed the driver on my DS 416j (DSM 7.2.2) and it works great. The problem is that every time when NAS reboot it stuck in boot process (blue light is blinking and NAS is ofline). In that case I need detach the usb adapter and reconnect againt and boot continues. After boot finished I need to restart driver.
Is posible to disable the usb when boot start and enable it after boot ends to avoid stucking in boot? Or is some other solution?

I am not sure because I cannot obtain logs, but it may be that the NAS is running low on power since it consumes a lot of power when it starts up.

In this case, connecting the device via a self-powered USB hub may help.

I don't think this is the case because the NAS boots without problems with a USB drive connected, which according to the specification consumes more power than the network adapter.
How to get useful records? I only see LEDs. The NAS starts to boot and the blue LED blinks. After a while, the drive LEDs turned on. While the USB network adapter is connected, there is no progress after that point. The blue LED is still flashing. If at that point I remove the USB adapter for a few seconds and plug it back in, booting continues and shortly after that network LED starts blinking and after that status LED turns on, the blue LED stops and the NAS is on.
So my conclusion is that during the startup process a task is being started again and again. And that task cannot be completed while the USB network adapter is connected.
If I uninstall the driver, the NAS boots, with the USB network adapter connected, normally, but unfortunately the USB network adapter does not work.

So a self-powered hard drive that does not require an AC adapter worked fine? If so, it does not seem to be a power consumption issue.

If it boots up simply by removing the device without rebooting, then it seems that logging can be done as usual.
