Confirmed the CSV is 404 for those languages. It also doesn't work for:

• KML, GPX, GPX (for OsmAnd) with: Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese)
• XML ("wikivoyage" POI type) with: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese
• XML (user-defined POI type) with: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese
• OBF ("wikivoyage" POI type) with: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese
• OBF (user-defined POI type) with: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese
• SQL with: Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Portuguese
• Validation report with: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese

@baturin Could you please check why the files are not generated on your server? Maybe you need to pull from Git?
Actually the Italian and Portuguese files are nearly empty, but the Spanish and Chinese files are valid. Feel free to disable Italian and Portuguese generation until they are fixed.
