I got the results of the meta-analysis by Mike Cho. The data is here:

/pghbio/dbmi/batmanlab/Data/COPDGene/metaAnalysis-Results

Here is what we need to do:

  • familiarize yourself with the three files there. Read the README file.
  • Find out what is the difference between the three files.
  • make a manhattan plot of the results. It shoud be similar to the nature paper.
