Ability to use own Database and Grafana Instance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm sure quite a lot of use already use a Database and a grafana instance for other purposes. I'd like to see the ability to configure TeslaLogger in a way that allows utilisation of existing services for DB and Grafana

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe a simple setup of the barebone TeslaLogger elements with config file elements to connect to exsiting DB and json files for grafana (or direct grafana configuration)
