Black green splash then black screen - intel vaapi - hevc

Hello,
Kodi works fine, but when i trying to open movie which will using HW hevc my screen firstly got green splash then it's black, i heard audio but no vision.
The same movie opened in VLC works fine with HW.
If i change to SW movie works but is struggling and i have 100% cpu usage.
My motherboard is j4105-itx Asrock, i'm using latest LMDE.

Also, I need: Log of VLC media info and decoder used GPU type and driver version VAAPI / VDPAU used in Kodi?
