not working on Windows OS

Hi, I tried to install the application on WIndows OS. The uv command executes successfully but Claude desktop raises a permission error, and various others, but the permission seems to be the main issue. The default install location is C:\Users\<User>\.local\bin. I tried to move the executable to the C drive root, but no luck.

Hi, thanks for posting the issue. looking at the logs, it seems like Claude Desktop can't find the basic-memory executable at
