Release 1.0.1 seems to be restricted to pure ASCII.
Would it be possible to extend it to PDF encoding as described on https://gist.github.com/zmughal/5130211 ?
Unless it diverts work away from full unicode support of course.
I'm sorry, other commitments have been keeping me from working on this project. Thank you very much for your feedback. I think it'll be all right to have some Latin support beyond ASCII, as much as provided by the PDF standard. It seems easier to implement than full Unicode support. I'll look into that and how to make it work for you. Just give me a few days.

I tried to use one-file-pdf for Swedish in https://github.com/jonasgit/pdfhw but it seems to fail. Unless I did something wrong?
