Create Copy for Future News Updates

Begin to work on copy for Future News Posts that will appear at https://2019.badcamp.org/articles, in advance of those milestones actually occurring.

These milestones include, but are not limited to:

1. Registration is Open
2. Call for Papers/Session Submissions
3. Announcement of Trainings
4. Training Registration is Open
5. Announcement of Summits
6. Only X More Days for Session Submissions
7. Schedule is Out/Sessions Posted
8. 1 Month until BADCamp

The basis for these can be taken from Past Posts (e.g.: https://2018.badcamp.org/news, https://2017.badcamp.net/news, etc.), and can be created as Unpublished Nodes on the 2019 Website for the time being.

As milestones approach, the team (most likely AmyJune and Sean) will be able to supply more details.
