Find ways to decrease amount of spam we are getting on the site.

Jeff Geerling wrote a pretty good review of D8 anti-spam options a year ago. His choice back then was Cleantalk, which is $8/year for the service, and especially good for Contact, Webform and user reg forms. So I'm going to try it out on my local.

Another possibility is reCapture, which is based on a Google service.

@sean-e-dietrich are there SAS options that have acceptable privacy / terms of service, or are we continuing with Honey Pot as the main solution? If there are: is reCapture acceptable?

Per Sean, we will pursue using Recaptcha; Sean has the BADCamp Account, which can be used for this.
