There is a small typo in line 2011 of core/modules/views_ui/views_ui.admin.inc:

backdrop_set_message(t('The view %old_name as been cloned (...)

Actual behavior

The view %old_name as been cloned (...)

Expected behavior

The view %old_name has been cloned (...)
