Player gets hit by vehicle ability during quest Army of the Damned

The issue doesn't seem to happen every single time, but it's not rare either.

Reproduction steps

1. Complete pre-requisite 13394 (q a, q c, q rew)
2. Take quest from Mathias (there shouldn't be any phasing issues, but .gm on if necessary)
3. Make sure to turn off GM mode at this point
4. Try to use Deathstorm near enemies

Original issue below

Current Behaviour

When you roleplaying as Arthas for the quest Army of the Damned and use the 1st skill which is Deathstorm it will hit player character as well meaning player can die when doing that quest even tho the health of arthas is still plenty

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The player shouldnt take damage and die casting that spell while doing the quest.
