Undefined source minter address

When deploying a new interchain token, if no source minter address is specified during step 1, the UI will allow the user to continue to step 2 and get stuck at "Initializing".

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Click "Deploy a new Interchain Token".
2. Make the token mintable, but do not specify a minter address.
3. Continue to step 2.
