Vertical layout in landscape mode

Hello! Thank you for this app.

I was wondering if there is a way to enable vertical layout in landscape mode. That way, the bar/dock can take up space on the left or right of a longish tablet display instead of the space at the bottom.

It might be a lot to ask for but especially on mobile,
A vertical mode would mean I can keep the dock pinned most of the time and get far more use out of it!
Just a set height and adjustable position so it doesn't have to take up the whole side

Though I understand how much work this will be...
