Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Multi-platform images may have their referred images tagged, but quite often not. Those untagged images are required - the tagged part is just an index.

And, most artifacts are untagged. We are seeing more image signatures, SBOMs, etc and I think customers would expect to see those copied.

Include untagged ECR option when build transfer pipeline

Added the feature in V2.5.0
