Istio demo broken

[venom02]

Istio part of workshop has to be updated as the downloaded package has completely changed.

kubectl apply -f install/kubernetes/istio.yaml

returns nothing as the path has changed as the deployments as well

also this part of workshop https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-workshop-for-kubernetes/tree/master/02-path-working-with-clusters/202-service-mesh#deploying-the-sample-application

has changed and the deployments are not working with the given commands
