Version 1.4.0

  • Add new endpoint: getTestPrintPage
  • Change lookupVoterByAddress endpoint (remove: city,state, streetAddress add: streetNumber)
  • Add new db columns: streetNumber [as string], dateOfBirth [as date string]
  • Allow stateID and DLN to be case insensitive
