Propose to add another category

I'm developing a programming language from scratch using Go. I believe that's interesting for another developers would like get more knowledge or contribute. Given it I don't know which category I would put my project. This discussion is a propose to add another category named "Programming language" or something like that.

for now "uncategorized" should be okay. we can't add a new category unless there are atleast 3 entries.

if you find atleast two such projects in awesome-go feel free to make a pr moving those and adding them to a new "Programming Languages" category.
