Worked on the behavior, there is a problem when the HMR connected, it refreshes the content of the news box and it renders it inproperly

The basic behavior of both multiple items and single item looks fine, however, it still has a render problem in "dev" mode with "HMR", because the HMR re-render the content without Aurelia understands.
