API Response Cannot be Parsed

I saw a few others with this issue, I was able to get wrapper to work previously, but that was some time ago and now I'm getting this error when I try to use it. I also have to set up my admin user and settings each time I want to try and use it.. not sure if that's a related issue?

Both Tautulli and Wrapper are running in Docker and the tautulli connection seems to be working (the button is green in the settings).

Any help would be appreciated

Checking "Allow Guest Access to Tautulli" under Web Interface settings in Tautulli made this same error go away for me just now.
