Currently, only left headset is played if the input is mono wav. I think that's not expected behavior for users. Usually both headsets play the same content if the input is mono wav.
Even though there is a workaround to make dual-mono wavs, it's not convenient.
It's appreciated to fix this.

@RichardHanr sorry for the late response. We know that this is inconvenient but this was intentional because any upmixing would result in a change in loudness and therefore bias the listeners response. Furthermore the output channel mapping can't be queried from javascript so we prefer to leave this as is unless you have a proposal to address this
Thanks for your reply. It's common to copy the mono channel to right channel so that it's a dual-mono output to play. It will be great that you can add this feature ^_^!
@RichardHanr I am only maintaining the status quo at this point. If you are able to provide a PR that allows to optionally upmix, I'm happy to review it.
