Here is how klib packages look like on Repology: https://repology.org/project/klib/versions
Some distros are still using revisions from 2021, another distro decided to make up some ad-hoc rNNN version.
It is total chaos, and distros don't update ports so that many users still use very old code.

Please consider to make releases periodically.

klib is supposed to be a collection of header-only libraries; you're not meant to install them via package managers. just copy and paste a file into your project. if you wanna be extra fancy you can use git submodule to stay up-to date but that is not usually necessary unless you need bleeding edge features and bug fixes.
