Update specutils workshop elements to use Spectrum instead of Spectrum1D (and more generally, specutils 2.0) #281
Description
Specutils 2.0 made some breaking changes, most visibly the renaming of Spectrum1D -> Spectrum. The workshop materials need to be updated for that (I think just the one notebook, but should confirm that)
