Swap: Token Approval Flow

• Be able to tell a token's approval status when it is selected in the swap input
  • right now it's part of the swap flow which isn't great. would be best to be handled separately
• Give option to approve the token. Say "Token Approval Needed" or something in the button message
• Increase token approval amount to the maximum possible when approving so that users don't have to approve the token every time they want to swap more tokens
