A caveat: when I attempt to use VS2022 to compile skia-m102, I get build errors from ninja after running gn. I have noticed that it's possible to build skia-m102 with VS2019 successfully however, and Aseprite can be built using VS2022 against the resulting skia-m102 module that was built in VS2019.
So perhaps they are holding off on updating the build instructions for skia-m102 until it is updated to support both compilation options with MSVC and clang?

wanted to point out how the aseprite INSTALL.MD had updated the file to support visual studio community 2022 version
