How do I change the tab layout?

I noticed in all tutorials for armorpaint that the tabs textures, meshes and fonts are on the right side. Like in this screenshot https://armorpaint.org/manual/img/a.jpg
For me these Tabs are on the bottom row and i have not figured out how to move them? Are you supposed to be able to just drag and drop them or is there a setting that i missed?

Older versions of ArmorPaint used to have three tab bars on the right side. The new UI Layout introduced last year moved the lower tabs to the bottom. Currently ArmorPaint's gui is not flexible enough to customize the tabs' positions. Thus you did not miss any option, unfortunately there is none. The screenshots you saw are older ones before the ui layout was changed.
