NOTE This issue was partially solved in #4053 for 7010X only

Issue Summary

As described in bug 689344, some platforms do not support the high MTU designed in the default platform.
This issue is also described under #3123

How do you run AVD ?

Ansible CLI (with virtual-env or native python)

Steps to reproduce

Generate any MLAG configuration and deploy it to an unsupported device.

The proposed solution includes the generation of new device models which includes this configuration: per_interface_mtu: false
Devices to include: 710P, 720D, 722XPM, 750 and 7010TX
