UI: When using the "App of Apps" pattern, link to parent Application from child Application

Summary

When using the "App of Apps" pattern, it would be nice in the ArgoCD UI to see a link to the parent app (if it exists). This could be tracked using an automatic annotation.

Motivation

We use the App of Apps pattern often, and many times it's there's some cognitive overhead in tracking down where an app "came from".

Proposal

An automatic annotation perhaps, and the UI can read that, and update itself with a breadcrumb link.
