Update links on "Support Center" header dropdown on main site?

Most of the links in the Header > Support dropdown link to pages in the user-guides, but the "Get Started" and "Feature: Get Started" links go to https://www.alcf.anl.gov/support-center/get-started. Is there any reason to keep this page, and the pages it links to?

• https://www.alcf.anl.gov/support-center/get-started/connect-and-login

There are a mix of links to these pages and user-guides pages within them, but it seems like it is easy to get stuck in a loop of the above pages / not find a link to the actual content in this repo. Shouldnt the info contained within already be in this repo? If not, we should centralize it.

Also:

• the Support > Services dropdown link should be updated from https://docs.alcf.anl.gov/services/jupyter-hub/ to https://docs.alcf.anl.gov/services/getting-started/
