Current docs for ALCF file systems

There seems to be a layout issue.

Currently top level ALCF file systems doesn't include any info about Aurora. All the current documentation seems for Polaris only.
Instead, there is only a half page description under Aurora.

I feel some reorganization of contents could help finding the location of information. We need both high level pages for all the file systems and service at ALCF and also per machine pages describing their use.

As Aurora requires filesystem entry Feb 3rd, documentation needs to make it easy for users to understand file systems on all ALCF machines.

I'd like to know if filesystem=daos is needed if I'm using daos.
